Stayed a night in Police Station!

I have filed for N-400 and marked YES on arrested/detained/cited. Fingerprinting has been done and waiting for interview.

Back in 2003 I was detained for a night for domestic violence in local Police Station. It was actually nothing more than shouting on each other and shoving on my and my spouse's part, but she called 911 on me. I didn't say anything regarding what she did on her part, so officer took me in. She realized in few hours that she overreacted and called the station to let me go. Station Officer let me go and gave me a handwritten certificate of release. It says "was a detention only, not an arrest" and "release due to insufficient ground for making a criminal complaint". Its a PD template with handwritten info. I was not taken to court for anything.

Now for N-400 interview purposes, I went to court but says no record, so they cant give me any document. PD record says Battery/Domestic Violence and record has been purged and also says "our record do not include dispositions". Also I have the release note as described above.

Question:
- Are above documents enough for Interview?
- What is the legality of handwritten release note(from USCIS point of view) although has logo of PD on top and other information printed.
- Will there be a problem in/after fingerprint? FBI check etc?
- Can someone suggest me what to take for interview apart from these 2 documents? Court doesn't give me anything and station where I was detained overnight gave me only a paper saying record has been purged.

same thing here detained and released but no paper trail

I had the same story with yours arrested but released after a couple of hours of questioning, but there was no sufficient evidence that I violated the Order of Protection against me, i got a certificate of good moral character from NYC so i guess, this is enough and when i asked one of the cop in the station, that certificate means that i dont have any criminal record and no official record of arrest or charges against me.
Hand written PD record is a legal document, and should be perfecty fine if you need to use it as an evidence.

How did you get this certificate of good moral character and from which authority? Did NYPD gave such thing?
