Hi,
My L1 petition(Blanket) & visa got expired on Jan 13th 2009.My company applied for L1 extension as individual petition ,got RFE.Now my company decided not reply for RFE & lawyer states that I can stay & work legally with I 94 which I have till Jan 2010.
1.Can I saty & work legally only with I 94 even tough my L1 petition & visa is expired??
