Stay Outside more than 6 months

Its been 5 years since I am a Permanent Resident and have applied for Citizenship.

I am working for US Based company for the past 2 years and was posted overseas for setup of a subsidiary. I have documentation from company asking me to work at the subsidiary.

I draw my salary over here and have been paying local and federal taxes.

I come regularly back to US except for one instance in 2008 when the stay out of US was for about 8 months. I do qualify on more than 30 months presence limitation.

During my visits in US I was provided a Corporate place so do not have any utility bills.

Does anyone has a similar case and how did they approach the interview particularly in regards to residency proof.
 
Did you get an approved N-470? If not, that 8 month trip is going to make things difficult for you, given that you did not maintain a house or apartment in the US when you were gone for those 8 months. Did you have a spouse and/or minor children who stayed in the US while you were gone?
