I'm a CPA. The expiration day on my TN is 2012. But unfortunately my company decided to let me go on October 2009.
I have another Part-time TN applied by a small accounting firm which still has 2 years to go.
2 quick questions:
1) Can I stay in the US with this Part-time TN?
2) Perhaps I can get an offer as a SAP Business Analyst. Can I get TN with this offer (this position is on the TN list or not)?
