Stay away, from 'Sour Vanilla of Manila'

All friends must use the official site and current visa bulletin, Oct 05 bulletin has not been released yet, not sure where Manila is getting this 'Sour Vanilla'


Be patient, don't panic, wait for official site.

Use some common sense how come all immg website are slient no news,
even Murthy didn't sniff anything yet (usually she does post possible news before official site acknowledge), and DOS site is not updated yet, and Manila is positing that sour Vanilla.

Its enough sour to crash IE (Internet explorer)

Btw honestly Khana site is the best known site around immigration community specially the fourms are great and the large no of ppl visit here and get help, that clearly shows this site popularity amoung immg community, they may consider to improve NEWS section which is update after two three days later when many ppl already had learned about that.

Murthy is good in getting news early, (even she post her name 100 times in every news ). No doubt Murthy fourm is absolutly unorganized. and ppl are not allowed to put any Hypertext links. neither their Admins tolrate any other attorney website link to be posted even it is posted to help ppl for reference, thats why the fourm post mostly are empty showig (0) reply, to keep hang out ppl on site the 'Att01' , 'Att02' ....... posts in attorney style language make more confuse to ppl and scare ppl away. We guess If they would have peons that would be 'Peon-01' 'Peon-02'..... .


Thats why Khana site is more popular in immg community, ppl love to come and post freely and discuss in friendly environment.

Once I got sick and went to Doctor

The smart Dr advised me to eat all fruits wih their peals.

I asked all of them? he said "YES all of them".

Later he scratched his head and asked me "btw What is your Favorite Fruit "

I replied 'Coconut'



Is that same reason you to 'unable to swallow' ?

This Manila flap prompted me to go look at the current Visa Bulletin (for September 2005). One thing that does seem clear from the FY 2006 forecast therein, is that Priority Dates are likely to be important for everybody.

I notice that most posters don't include their PD in their signature, and seem to think that their I-140 and I-485 Receipt Dates are the important dates. While that was probably a valid understanding until recently, I suggest it may be different from now on. Under the current conditions of EB immigrant visa demand outstripping supply, the PD seems likely to be your most important date.

How come it is possible to retrogress to many years back in October suddenly where these dates are current in September ?

I thought retrogression will be gradual / month by month with a total difference of months or an yaer at a maximun. What is the process of calculating retrogression ? Somehow I feel like something wrong.

Any ideas?
