wife h4 -- gc
myself h1 still(did not opt for ead)
1.status of my wife if denied gc(can she come back to h4)?
2.how much time before i can get gc if i apply after she has approved gc.
Your wife should leave the country and get back on H4 (as long as you are in valid H1 status). If you apply for 485 after she get GC, I believe you will carry her PD. Somebody correct me if I am wrong.
