Status

I had applied in Dec 2003, got my file number in Jan 2004. It still shows my status as "In Process". I see some people who have applied in Nov/Dec 03 have already got thier initial assesment. Should I enquire from them?

My status changed from F1 to H1 this year. Should I send them a copy of my papers.

Two weeks back I faxed them my change of address, but it still shows my old address online. What should I do?
