I have ceratin queries which has been answered previously for other but still need an answer: My wife was on F1 VISA prior to filling concurrently I-485 in Oct 2004.She is finishing school this may and travelling INDIA (hyderAbad) in MAY 2006 BY NORTHWEST AIRLINES.
My questions are
1. After finishing school what is her status?
2. She plans to travel by northwest..does she need Transit VISA?
3. She plans to reenter using AP...any specific question expected to her regarding reentry at POE..
