My company has just started transferring my H1B from one company to another however, they are both under the same conglomerate.
My confusion is that my company attorney is saying I should get my H1B approved prior to travel, otherwise I will have status problems.
However, I have a current valid Advance Parole. Can I travel on Advance Parole or should I be waiting to get his H1B approved prior to travel?
Also if I return on Advance Parole with H1B pending can I continue to work on current H1B until the new H1B under new company is approved or do I have to start working on EAD?
