I'm on H1 and my wife was on H4 and got her H1 in November 2004. We both entered into US in April 2004.
Now I'm sending documents for my wife's parents to visit US and wondering what should I list as my wife's status?
I can list as H1 but the issue is she just started working and does not even have a pay cheque to support H1 status? Any help?
Does the status change as soon as H1 is approved or when you leave and renter the country or when you start working?
Please advise.
