I appreciate if any one can answer my question.
I have been working on F1 Opt ( valid from 12/25/00 to 12/25/01) , got H1 approval in Feb 01 but never joined that company. Applied for I-140
(EB1) in April 01, and Finally I-485 last week all showing F1 status.
Spouse who is on F2 travelled to India in March 01 and entered in July 01 again on F2.
Will there be any problem during the I-485 approval ? Will I be considered out of status due to H1 even though I never used that and continued
to work on F1 Opt?What is the best course of action ?
