Status on Travisa site after OCI Granted

All,

My app on Travisa site changed on 5/19 to Pending approval of Govt of India after being granted on 5/18 on the MHA site. Is this a standard message for everybody on Travisa site while things are handed over to the consulate/MHA or should i read something into this.
