status on card production but not approve

Sorry wish I knew what to say but consulting a lawyer. However jackolantern and bigjoe are two gurus in this forum, see if you can get their attention
It is green card. I had in interview 6 months ago. After calling ombusdman and congressman. A week after my status change to card production. And they said my case is still pending. No decision yet. And it is marriage base.
I see you have two threads going and I am a bit confused now. In the other one you said your card was approved and is in Card Production and in this thread youre saying the case is still pending.... It would also help us if you shed some more light as to what happened during your interview so we can try to help you.
Yes i taught it was approved cause the status says CARD PRODUCTION.
On sept,27 we mailed to you a document.
So yesterday since it been 2 weeks i called to see if i can get the tracking number.
The level 2 customer service told me my case is still pending, that document was not the GREEN CARD, that they haven't make any decision yet.
Ok here is my case
Was married before didn't go on my interviee cause i separete with my wife. So the put me on removal. Get divorce and get married again in 2009. File 130, did the STROCK interview and pass. The judge terminated the removal on october 2010.
Got my interview in feb,2011.
At the interview the IO didn't ask anything just yes or no questions. And told me he cant approve me right now, cause ICE didn't send my A-file. To give me 2 weeks to get my file, then he will approve me. That was it.
Now it been over 6 months i called the SENATOR OFFICE on sept, 06. And the OMBSDUMAN OFFICE on sept,16 . On sept 18 i got a notice for BIOMETRIC CODE 3.
It been 10 days now since nothing. I think this will help
