Status on AP applied on March 14th

AP Approved -- applied on March 14th

Hello,
I applied my AP on March 14th and there was a LUD on 03/17 and none ofter that.


I called on May 24th, they said it is with officer, will approve any time with in 30 days.

Now I see processing time moved to Aril 23rd, no LUD/ no approval, so I called again today as I am planning to go out of country on July 20th.

Today they said, it is moved from officer to clerical dept. to update records and I should see update on website/ receive letter soon....

At the same time waiting for I-485 approval also.. I did not ask status of 485 as my RD is not reached processing date.

Anybody know is there any link in approvaing AP & I-485?

I have applied on March 11th. I am waiting too. did you talk to VSC or customer service ???

I just called 1-800-375-5283 , followed instrucations, I think it is NSC, don't know otherway of contact..
 
my AP2 approved. Here are the details:

VSC:
AP2 ND 3/14/2005
No Updates since then.
today LUD changed to 6/15/2005, with approval message.
I-485 ND 12/10/2003

AP Applied in Dec 2004

I applied AP for myselft and spouse in DEC 2004 and got RFE in Feb/2005 and replied in Mar/2005. LUD in Mar/2005 saying that they received the information for RFE. And after that no LUD.

Called USCIS on June 6 2005, the rep. took my information and told me that check to see after 1 week. No change to my case.

Today I called, because 10 days over and the rep told me that wait for july 6, 2005.

I hope by July 6, 2005 the case may approve ...........
