Status of other Regional DOL?

What is the status of these regional DOLs Boston, Newyork, Denver, & Seattle in processing LC, with respect to transision of LC from all SWA to BRC?
Will these RDOL process LC after Jan 1, 2005? If so, how long will they continue the processing of LC? or Will they send all pending LCs in federal level to BRC ? All SWA was clearly instructed to send all the cases to BRC by March 2005. But there is no news about future plan of above mentioned regional DOLs after Jan 1, 2005.
 
Also add Atlanta Regional level too.. Where those unopened Lc's will end up..
