Status of Name Check/Interview

Hello Friends,

I applied for my citizenship in April (DO - Philadelphia) and completed fingerprinting.

I am trying to find the status of the name check/interview schedule. I tried calling the number on the receipt notice. The person I spoke to was very nice, but could not give anything other than what I can read on the website status page.

What are the methods that you guys used to find the status of the name check or to find the interview status?

Any method is available other than the filing WOM?

I am trying to schedule a trip, so any input will be very helpful.

call that number again, dial 1, 2, 6 after the CSR ask ur several questions, tell him/her u dont receive the 1st receipt notice from them(no receipt number) over a couple months, then they will transfer u to an upper level support which is the IO, then answer all the questions the IO ask u and give the receipt number to the IO, the IO will tell u a lot more than the CSR.
never talk to a CSR since the info they give to u will be the same as u see from that BS website.
or u can schedule an infopass appointment,
forget WOM at this moment, u r not covered by WOM at this moment.
