Status of Labor Certification

I recently filed my labor and received case number. I didn't receive receipt number. Is it possible to check the status using the case number or one need to have the receipt number to check the status. What is the difference between case number and receipt number.

I'd like to know as well. The case # that comes with the acknowledgement... that's just the state case #, right? Will the same case # be used for Federal as well? How do I get the case #?
