Status of FP

Spouse and I went on separate dates for FP. I went on 11th and message changed on 16th Sep. Spouse went on 25th Sep and there has been no change in her online message saying FP rcvd etc. I am a little worried as we went on a later date with lawyer's copy.

Is there any method to find out if FP check has been completed and results sent back.

2fp done on june15'04 ,status still not updated .
called INS ...THEY SAID ...the status is not always updated..
