Thanks for the info and your time!!. I understand you spent so much time in giving this report. If many of us willing to give a report for each day ( like EAC-02-063-5*****, EAC-02-064-5*****, EAC-02-066-5*****, etc), we'll surely come to know how many cases INS approves per day as well as how many cases actually pending prior to our receipt date. That would become a excellent team work.

EAC-99-001-500001 means
EAC = St. Albans, Vermont or VSC

The 99 represents the fiscal year (October 1, through September 30) in which the case was received.

The 001 represents the computer workday in the fiscal year on which the fee was taken. Not the date they received

The 50001 represents the particular case number. ( case number always starts with 50001)
