Status of appealing case

My appeal was sent by NSC to AAO on February 27, 2006 and received an email like this

"On February 27, 2006, this case was transferred to our Administrative Appeals Office for review. That office will notify you of any further action taken on this case"

and on March 08, 2006 I received another email

"On March 8, 2006, your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received here for processing. It is taking between 30 and 60 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete."

Does this mean my appeal is sustained?

Did you call USCIS? What did they say?

HI,
No I did not call, I just gonna wait and see. Their reply is always the same anyways, they are scripted. My I-140 NIW took 9 months after my priority date was posted to be decided on June 05. So I learned no to call anymore. For god sake even when I did inquire about my case, they never sent anything by mail about case status.
