Status Message: FP pending Review

Both I and my spouse taken my FP on Nov 12th. When I checked the status online for ME (dependent) and it changed as "pernding review".

"On December 1, 2003, the fingerprints for your I485 APPLICATION TO ADJUST TO PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS were collected and are pending review"

What does that mean ??

For my spouse (primary) it still says we sent a request for you to appear for FP recording...........

Do I need to do anything?

Some Problem

Same thing happened to my case. I called INS at that time and they said that, my finger prints were not in the readable format and I need to go and give my finger prints again. I suggest you to call USCIS and find out the details. And also, call the service center where you went and gave your finger prints. They will receive a notice from USCIS if there is any problem.

In my case, I did not receive any documentation from anyon on this. I called couple of people and went again to the service center and gave my finger prints. I was not even having any notice with me. Just went there and told the status. They looked into their records and said that they received information from USCIS and took my finger prints again.
