Status Inquery Response Time

Has anybody initated an inquiry through the lawer and got the response.

How much time does it take to get the response.

My lawer has filed an inquery on my I140 on Sep 29, 2004 and had not yet recieved any response.

Any response will be highly appreated.

I am getting little frustrated with all this crap

'm in the same boat as you in-delema.

my i-140 rd, fp date is pretty close to yours..

with ur FP date, ur approval should be anytime now -as per me...

as always - hope for the best..

USCIS will send the response to the employer in my case not the lawyer.

In the response they said "due to the heavy backlog they still not getting the case. It may take more time if there any evidence needed. Allow more time for the officer to review the case."

I am also a sep30th unfortunate guy waiting for the approval.

I see, I thought, because the lawer initated the inquery, the response should be sent to the lawyer.

Lets hope for the best.
