Status from K3 Visa to Green Card

I am on K3 Visa in U.S.A. My I-130 is yet to be approved. Is there any way that I can apply for Green card now?

You can file now.

Hi,

My husband has just got his K3 visa too. We called the INS and was told that he could file an I-485 with his I-130 receipt.

As soon as you prepare your paper, you can apply it before the approval. Meanwhile you can file for an Employment authorization,which my husband did already.
