My wife was on H4 and got converted to H1B last year.she is currently on H1 but without a job ( I had been running Pay roll) for the last 1 year.
Recently she got her EAD , so requested her employer not to run her paystubs.since she is on EAD. Her employer sais that she need to convert back to H4. so that no pay stubs are required to run for her.
Is there a need for her to get back to H4.( in anyways she has her EAD to work).the only concern i have is if she applies for her H4, she would be getting a
new I94 card, which will not match with the old one applied during I-485 filing.Please advice on this.Thanks and appreciate it.
