I saw this on NSC boards...

I hope that it will be useful to everybody...spending hours and hours on phone to get thru is not fun.

you can now check the status of applications pending with the INS service centers online. It seems to provide the same information you can obtain from the automated telephone line.

I also got it to work. This is really good although now I'm sure I will check it every day and I have a long wait ahead of me I think. My RD is 7/02. I can be hopeful though

Looks great but only one problem. The info is NOT up to date.

my case was transferred to local office on 09/06.

It currently says that my FP was done on 01/11.

I have to say it is a step in the right direction.
