I am not sure, but I think this e-mail address is for inquiries on overdue adjudications. It seems that your case is after the JIT date so they are probably ignoring your e-mail, as they should ;) Just imagine if being as slow as they are they should also dedicate extra workers to answer e-mails for cases that are still not overdue.

Why did you send the e-mail? Is there anything special about your case? Did you just wanted a general update on your case? It would have helped if you would have told us a bit more about the nature of your inquire and details of your case.

My 2 cents,

hi H,

i just sent an email request for the status. I gave my WAC -02-083-5XXXX. and the ND Jan -10-2002.

thx

I think that's why you didn't get a reply. The e-mail address is for follow up inquiry after you have done a fax inquiry and some time has elapsed. Anyway, in any case this doesn't seem to be an address for general status update, just for follow up on inquiries on cases older than the JIT.

I guess that the customer service phone number (the new national service one, you can search for it on the board, or in the bcis website) and the online case status is your best option for now.

My 2 cents.
