status changed to RFE {020665XXXX}-

Just now i checked online status message and changed to RFE , But morning it was old message and interesting thing is as per message they mailed on dec 7 th {sunday}...

Hoping that same old crop for EVL,PAY STUBS and tax returns..

hey thats what it says dont worry, when ever the batch job updates the status change is reflected in the message, I had friend whose message said his GC was approved on Sunday and it was true and he did get his approval letter the following week.

And RFE goes to lawyer so call him up and reply fast so that they dont just sit on it.

Good luck, looks like your GC journey is coming to an end.

dON'T WE GET any copy for RFE, i thought both will get RFE notice, we tried to call lawyer crap and always goes to voice mail..

I had two RFE's one on each first EAD and AP(guess what both applied by attorney) , I never got it it was the attorney who got it.

FP notices both of us receive not RFE's.
 
I have a question for tax return for RFE. Normally, does it request Federal return only, or it also asks for State return?
