Status changed from RFE issued to RFE received

Guys,
Just want to share the info with you , that my RFE has been received by INS and they have changed the message. RFE was generated on 27th JAn 2004, sent to lawyer on 13th Feb 2004. Lawyer sent the documents on 16th Feb and today its been updated. Any idea how much time from this point??

check around Feb 27th, BCIS put your folder on a 30 day shelf and they will go back to your case around that time.

Recently INS has started this 30 day shelf concept or it was always there, as I have seen people waiting for there approvals for more than 3-4 monhs after responding to RFE.
