How are you?
I am a F1 student who has done my Masters in USA and graduated in Dec-2007 and I got H1 approved in October 2008 and I am on H1B visa now. I would like to change my status from H1 to F1 as of layoff. I havent been to India till now all these years. If i go to India after change of status to F1, do I have to do stamping again>??
