Status Change during Citizenship Process

We have our interview scheduled in July and my wife is scheduled to deliver our first kid in late June. Do we need to carry an updated N400 application, with the information about the newborn, to the interview ? Or should we just mention it during the interview ? Or is it not relevant ?

Any input is appreciated.

Time Line:
N400 Applied: 03/02/06
FP Completed: 04/19/06
Interview Scheduled: 07/17/06

it definitely is relevant,just inform the immigration officer at the time of the interview and she sould take care of it!
