Hello all

I recently moved to PA and tried to transfer my current license to PA license as my current license is expiring this month. In this state they are no issuing license if you not immigrant and not on h1b/h2/h3/h4 status. I am currently on EAD and changed company using AC21. Please give me some advise. If I show I94, they are asking for employer verification as H1b is written on I-94. If the status is pending they are not issuing drivers license.

I am very much in need. Please advise.
 
Try to get it renewed in the state where it was issued. Check if they allow renewals in the mail. Some states allow that. Use your friends mailing address if you don't have an address.
