Status after using AP

This question has been asked so many times, but I didn’t get the definite answer. Please answer my question.

My 6 yr H1B was completed. I got 3 yrs extension and in middle of the 7 th year. I am planning to use AP to enter into US.
What would be my status after using AP?

Is it AOS or Non Immigrant status?

U will be on parolee status. you can work without excercising your EAD if you have one as long as your H-1B period is valid.
