States supporting NIW application if physician has done J1 waiver in different state

Is there is a good website where one can check which US states support NIW physician applicants if the physician has done the 3 year J1 waiver in a different state. This letter is needed from the Dept of health to continue the process towards getting permanent residency via 5 year NIW waiver.

On 3Rnet www.3rnet.org you can find a list of the contacts for the conrad30 program in most of the states. Usually, this office will also do the NIW letters (and if they don't they will know who does). Your case is very specific and probably not something most states will have anything on their website for. You will end up contacting the ones you are interested in.
 
I might add that some of the stuff on the 3Rnet website is outdated. But by knowing the correct name of the office doing the waiver stuff, you can usually find their website using google. Don't give too much weight to information on their website. The only thing that counts is a fax/letter from the responsible officer after you made a fax/written query whether they would be willing to write a letter of support for your NIW if you took up a job in one of their underserved areas.
