Statement of Reason - winning DV

Hi everybody,

I am asking for a waiver in the category NOS. I would like to know waht should I write in the statement of reason and what is the required length of the essay given that I am requesting the waiver based in winning the DV. Will be any problem saying that I won the DV in the statement of reason?.

I am not sure if you just received your DV but did you see the DV website today? They have canceled the previous draw.
