My company used to be in New jersey until the end of 2001. From there itself we applied for my labor certification as the first step in my Green card processing. But later my complete office moved to New York. Recently my New Jersey labor certification is approved.
My quesion is, whether I can use the NJ labor approval to proceed to next stages? Now, we don't have any office in New Jersey.
