Important: Oregon :State labor processing times
I noticed that BCIS has broken its cycle of updating the Foreign Labor Certification Processing Times and Dates page from Mid month to end of the month.
And that there are serveral surprices (not all of them pleasant) is terms of the processing times for various states.
For Ex: before the RIR Foreign Labor Certification Processing Time changed from Dec 2002 to Jan 2003 with the latest update on May 23rd!
Does anyone know how accurate this information is?
Also, the imformation on immigration.com's portal for Oregon is Jan 2002. Does anyone know which information is more accurate.
Whats the deal with premium processing of Labor/GC applications, is it for real?
