Hello, I'm a Senegalese citizen currently living in Senegal. My wife is a US citizen currently living in the US. We want to know if it's possible to start the Petition for Alien Relative while she is still in the US (say, submitting the I-130 form), then have her fly home here in order to finish the process at the US consular office here in Senegal. Is this possible???

Of course why not? Read the instructions on the forms. That is called consular processing.

F-1 to green card
My F-1 visa expired in 08/2011 and opt expired 08/2012. i recently marriage a us citizen and i need help as to how to go about filing for my green card and everything else. My husband is currently unemployed. what is the minimum income required for him to file for me. Would i need an attorney in this case? if so how can i find an attorney?
