Starting the application process for my wife

Hello,

I'm seeing a lot of information regarding the documents required to file for Green Card for my wife.

I have my green card and my wife is currently outside US.

What are the documents that need to be submitted in the first package?

I have the following:
I-130
G-325A (Petitioner)
G-325A (Beneficiary)
G-1145

Passports
marriage certificates
brith certificates

What else do I need?

I married after getting my green card. I got the card through dv lottery.

What you have seems about right. Read the I-130 instructions for what materials are needed. You need lots of evidence of bona fide marriage.

Regarding the evidences for the bonafide marriage, what serves the purpose better? Can I get anyone who was present at the wedding to sign the affidavit? Can it be my parents? Can I submit photographs and chat records as a part of the evidence?
