Starting own firm on EAD

I filed for my GC and my I-140 approved and its been more than 180 days I filed my 485.My wife is workign as a permenant employee on EAD.Can I start a company on her name and can she sign on checks and other papers related to the new company even though she is a permanent employee of other company?

YOur advise is highly appreciated.
 
I have got EAD. Do you say that I can't work at second company, say part-time, without my employer's approval?

Dear JoeF,

We registered our company as a LLC in CT state.In order to do business in other states do we need to register in other states too or we can do business without any further registration.

In our company we have three partners and we are planning to invest some money and deposit it in our business account.If any of our partner wants to take some of his money back from the account how it is going to effect the Tax filing? the investors can take money back whenever they want or once you invest you cant take it back?
