Can I start my own corporation after 180 days? I want to leave my current company and have a couple of leads for prospective consulting..
Anybody done so or any legal issues with that ?
I know that even while you are in H1B you could start a company (though you can't have your own H1B sponsored by that company). As such, I think that it should be possible to start a company while your AOS is pending. You could go to chat sessions in murthy.com or usvisanews.com and ask the question.
