I am planning to start import business, whereby I will get Indian products like rice, cosmetics (ayurvedic) etc from India and sell in US. I am seeking suggestions related to this:
1. how do I identify market segment? e.g. indian grocery stores, saloons (for cosmetic products) etc. Should I directly sell to them or through distributor
2. How to find out Indian distributors in my area (San Francisco Bay Area). Is there any association of Indian distirbutors.
Any suggestion/advice on this will be greatly appreciated.
