HI : Can any one help me with starting date issue. Currently, Iam working in a university on H1 status(noncap). Recently my H1 visa (under CAP) was approved and applied by a private company with starting date of October 1st 2007.
Private company is now asking me to start from December 1st 2007 - Is this is a prblem for me in attending a visa stamping ( I don't have any issue with my present university visa and employment status. I can stay in university job until December 2007).
