Starting Corporation with L1

I am a manager of one of three sucessful offices located in Western Canada. We are in the initial stages of expanding into the US. I am needing to know if it is possible to start up an office in the US under an L1 Visa. We do not have any office in the US only in Canada. any information regarding this topic would be greatly apreciated.

u can. u have to make corporation registered by a US citizen as VP. u be shown as incoming president. he file as L1 on urgent fee.
