Being on H1B Visa, I am allowed to start a (consulting) company. I don't think a partner who is a GC or Citizen is required to start this company, please correct if this is wrong. Can I sponsor myself for H1B visa and work at the client place? Is there any restriction on what day-to-day operations (like management, etc) of the company I cannot get involved in? What are the alternatives on getting the management work done by someone else, even if it is for a small fee?
