Starting Business with OPT

Hi I am going to be graduated from college this May. I recently recieve my Optional Practical Training. and I am planing to launch a business in the States. I have following question.

1. Can the company I am starting up help me to obtain a valid H1b or other visa that will let me stay A.L.A.P.?
2. If I pose myself as employee of a start up company, will they be eligble to apply my visa?
3. How long does it usually take to apply H1b?

1. No
2. You can start a company, but you cannot receive any sort of compensation, money or salary from it. Your own company cannot apply for your visa.
3. Your best option is to find an already established company to apply for H1B visa. If you are not working for non-profit, H1B quota for this year are already filled. You will have to speak to HR in the company to get your H1B filed for next year.
