Would you folks please help me out here. Thanks in advance
1) I'm on H1B with Company A and have I-485 pending, EAD/AP, and applied for H1 extension before the current one expired my wife dependent on 485 has EAD/AP - but haven't applied for her h4 extn. ( as company sugeested)
a) Can i be on H1 and my wife on EAD/AP or
Am I on H1 or EAD or
Do i need to fill form I-9 to go on EAD, so that both would be on EAD/AP.
b) If i can be on H1, Is there an advantage to be on H1B status.
2) I'm planning on starting a business on my wife's name since she can own and work on EAD/AP. Can i be a partner on that legally on paper having maintaining my h1 status.
a) Will that impact the I-485 process in anyway. or its better to list her as 100% owner and make it simple and straight forward.
3) Is my understanding correct ?
Can't go for S-corp on EAD, choices left are C-Corp and LLC.
