Hello All,
My uncle stay in India and he is Indian citizen. He wants to start online retail business in USA. He doesn't want to come here to run his business. He will employ someone to take care of his business in USA (he can do website management from India, website will be hosted in US, he will employ someone to pack and ship the item).
Can he register his business with DOL ?
Which business structure would be most suitable in this scenario?
Can he open bank account in US bank based on his business registration number?
I think he owes tax to US and India gov on the income generated from this business right?
Any help on above questions will be highly appreciated.
