Hi floks,
i am on h1b visa and want to start my own company. i will continue to work on my h1 visa. My employeer wants to file gc for me. Does having my own company gives any problem in GC.
as gc is filed by my employeer i think that should not be porblem.
can i undertake day to day activities of my own company , like signing deals, checks even thought i am with differnet company.
