Is it possible to file a new labour certificate/PERM while one is using his EAD through a pending I485. I am concerned that my I485 will get denied since I switched the employer before 180 days after filing I485 and want to start a new GC process through my curent employer

The only problem is when your I485 get denied, your EAD is INVALID. You need to stay in other non-immigration status while waiting for the second GC process.

This is not correct. Your EAD is valid as long as at least one I-485 is pending.


Swithcing before 180 days does not have any affect If the employer has not revoked the I-140. Did he sent a revocation letter.

You can apply for the second Labor/I-140/ I-485. There is no problem.
