Starting a consulting biz in US and getting sponsored...

Thanks in advance to all who provide info/suggestions.

I am a Canadian Citizen who wants to move to US and start a consulting business there with my US citizen partners.

The questions are:

1. Can I get sponsored for TN/H1/GC by this company?
2. Can I own majority shares and bank account control in this venture?
